Descrição

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the new cloud-native compliance platform • Develop APIs and backend services in C# and .NET Core • Build responsive frontends in TypeScript with Angular or React • Develop the data layer using Entity Framework Core, Postgres, Azure SQL, and MongoDB • Use AI coding agents to decompose work, maintain agent context, and review generated output for correctness, security, and architectural fit • Establish engineering standards for architecture, testing, security, code review, and documentation • Build and maintain CI/CD, observability, and production infrastructure • Respond to production incidents and paged alerts • Collaborate with product, QA, and subject-matter experts to translate regulatory and customer requirements into technical designs • Manage multiple work streams, estimate scope, and communicate technical impacts on business processes and dependent systems • Help define the architecture, standards, and engineering practices for Systrends' new platform

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping and supporting production applications • Strong experience with C# and .NET Core • Frontend experience with TypeScript and Angular or React • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Strong understanding of SQL databases and data modeling • Hands-on professional experience using AI coding assistants and agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot • Sound judgment about when to rely on AI coding agents and when not to • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including explaining how technical decisions affect business processes, users, and dependent systems • Azure or AWS experience • Knowledge of microservices or modular architecture • Test-Driven Development experience • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization technologies • Familiarity with modern UI/UX best practices • Experience configuring agentic development tooling for a team • Experience integrating AI into CI/CD, automated code review, documentation, or test-generation workflows • Familiarity with LLM-powered product features, model API integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt or response evaluation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether future US work sponsorship will be required
