Descrição

• Manage, configure and monitor the webshop (Stripe & WooCommerce) and mobile stores (iOS & Android) • Design and implement measures to improve retention and prevent churn • Make data-driven decisions on dynamic paywall management in coordination with editorial and content marketing teams • Plan and execute initiatives in email marketing as well as push notifications and pop-ups • Monitor and analyze user data to measure campaign performance • Continuously optimize the user journey and increase conversion rates • Provide regular reports to department management and the COO

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of experience in e‑commerce or subscription management • Ideally experience at a media company • Understanding of customer journeys • Ability to make data-driven decisions • Ability to identify content triggers • Understanding of current trends in the crypto market • Experience with AI tools, GA4, CRM systems and shop systems
