Descrição

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate and applicant experiences; • Foster long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities; • Strategically go-to-market to support Bloom clients with engaging, assessing and hiring more diverse folks to join their team; • Offer a care-centric approach to the application and candidate journey; • Advise clients on how to build their team through the lens of inclusion; • Cultivate a thoughtful and values driven approach to support our clients with hiring; • Provide regular updates and shared analytics with Bloom clients; • Flex your creative sourcing muscles to build diverse candidate pipelines.

🎯 Requisitos

• Get excited about working in an ever changing environment where context shifting is constant; • Care deeply about the candidate, applicant and hiring manager experience; • Have experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Loom, Asana and Lever; • Take a creative approach to connecting with talent on social media channels; • Are passionate about creating positive work experiences for everyone; • Have experience building teams through the lens of inclusion; • Are a strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to new challenges; • Have a multichannel approach to recruitment: inbound, outbound, referrals, social media etc.; • Are aware of the power dynamic that exists in the hiring process and work to remove barriers for marginalized and underrepresented communities; • Feel comfortable calling-in hiring managers and team members when they are evaluating candidates from a point of bias; • Have a thoughtful approach to celebrating folks embarking on new career adventures.
