Descrição

• Review requirements, user stories, and design documentation to understand expected system behavior. • Develop and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. • Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools. • Validate defect fixes and ensure issues are resolved prior to release. • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. • Ensure applications meet usability and business requirements. • Maintain clear documentation of testing activities, results, and defects. • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing, quality assurance, or software testing. • Understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle (SDLC/STLC). • Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans. • Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience supporting federal government contracts or regulated environments (preferred). • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence (preferred). • Basic understanding of APIs and backend systems (preferred). • Exposure to test automation concepts or tools (preferred). • Experience with usability or accessibility testing (preferred). • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
