Descrição

• Mentoring and growing engineers. • Leading agile ceremonies to help your team plan out their work and get it done. • Identifying future technical needs and creating plans to meet them. • Providing feedback and guidance to help us continuously grow and scale. • Hiring engineers to build out both new and existing squads for the company, with oversight on all team members that get hired onto the squad. • Working on products and services aimed at simplifying scheduling for millions of users.

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers • 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS • Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts • Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies • Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
