Descrição

• Designing and building tools and applications to extend Calendly’s infrastructure platform • Evaluating and guiding the development of applications across the organization • Exercising deep expertise in cloud infrastructure concepts and patterns • Offering and evangelizing patterns for application teams to consume for cloud native applications development • Fostering a collaborative environment of learning and knowledge dissemination

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or software development • 4+ years of experience leading technical projects • An eagerness and drive to teach, share your knowledge, and mentor others • Comfortable, and practiced, working directly with internal customers to understand needs/requirements and collaborate on solutions • Creative problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and ability to deliver high quality solutions to complex issues • Strong Go (Golang) development experience; especially writing APIs to build, orchestrate and manage cloud infrastructure • Expert knowledge of patterns and principles for designing and implementing cloud native applications on Kubernetes, such as Controllers and Operators • Experience building applications on Temporal a plus • Deep experience designing, building, and running highly-available production applications • An understanding of the Linux operating system, and systems engineering fundamentals • Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (especially GCP), distributed systems, and reliability practices • Working knowledge of software and infrastructure tuning and observability (especially Datadog) • Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours. • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
