Descrição

• Manage successful execution of medium to large-scale, multi-functional projects to support various initiatives across enterprise, in partnership with business leadership. • Establish and manage a project team (including its reporting/organizational structure) and define roles and responsibilities of the team members. • Integrate all team members and multi-functional departments, to ensure collaboration and alignment. • Develop comprehensive project, communication, and change management plans. • Effectively manage the project scope, schedule, and budget. • Effectively manage or mitigate project issues and risk. Identify key project metrics and establish process to measure/report results. • Manage and track multiple projects using an internal Excel-based project management tool; therefore, advanced Excel skills are required. • Maintain detailed oversight of project data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all initiatives. • Monitor and coordinate multiple interrelated projects that collectively contribute to larger strategic programs. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage project dependencies, risks, and deliverables. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and successful project execution. • Prepare and deliver project status reports, progress updates, and presentations to leadership and key stakeholders. • Track project milestones, timelines, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and program success

🎯 Requisitos
