Descrição

• Own and deliver quarterly objectives for the team • Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve complex, open-ended problems • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Analytics throughout the product development lifecycle • Contribute to ideation, define technical constraints, and evaluate risks and trade-offs • Identify project, process, technology, and business challenges and drive solutions • Support service reliability and availability by defining and monitoring key metrics • Participate in incident management, operational excellence, and on-call activities • Establish and promote best practices for software design, architecture, and code reviews • Mentor and support engineers through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend systems using Python, Kotlin, or similar programming languages • Proven experience building and maintaining highly available distributed systems in cloud environments • Experience with AWS, MySQL, Spark, or equivalent platforms • Ability to define and execute technical plans for significant features or system components • Experience working within large codebases • Engineering best practices, automation, testing, and deployment processes • Ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Nice to have: experience with high-scale, customer-facing platforms • Nice to have: knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems • Nice to have: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps practices • Nice to have: experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
