Descrição

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Develop project roadmaps covering scope, milestones, budget, and resource allocation • Define and monitor KPIs, proactively mitigate risks, and address evolving requirements • Partner with engineering, software development, and field operations teams to align technical deliverables with business goals • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact through status reports, executive summaries, and risk mitigation strategies • Build long-term customer relationships through transparency and customer satisfaction • Identify dependencies and roadblocks early • Serve as the lead escalation point for project-related issues • Ensure solutions meet technical specifications and quality standards • Manage final handoff, documentation, and training • Champion lessons learned to improve future delivery

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role • 3–5 years managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration • 3–5 years of experience with project management software such as Jira or MS Project • Strong project and time management skills • Strong understanding of physical security industry best practices • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-driven, positive, and results-oriented • Proven relationship-building and customer service skills • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status under asylum or refugee status, or able to obtain export authorization
