Descrição

• Oversee Carrier's scope of work in data center construction projects. • Lead startup, commissioning, and field modification processes for Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers in newly constructed data centers. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedules and budgets are met. • Track and review key performance indicators to monitor project success. • Conduct progress meetings with stakeholders and address design, material delivery, and labor schedules. • Ensure projects meet or exceed booked profit margin goals. • Order and track chiller parts needed for warranty execution. • Collaborate with sales, prime contractors, and end-users to fulfill project scope and deliverables. • Serve as Carrier's primary liaison between customers, commissioning authorities, general contractors, and subcontractors. • Resolve customer concerns and support satisfaction with project execution. • Interpret and apply mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings to ensure design compliance. • Ensure adherence to industry codes, standards, and project specifications. • Apply Building Automation System integration knowledge to ensure controls functionality. • Manage change orders and prevent scope creep. • Forecast monthly revenue by estimating project completion costs. • Manage project documentation, warranty processing, and factory-generated service information with Service Engineering. • Maintain rigorous job safety standards across projects.

🎯 Requisitos

• High school diploma or GED. • 5+ years of experience in project management coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and activities involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and/or customers; OR 4+ years of experience supporting mechanical, electrical, controls, commissioning, construction, or field service projects. • 2+ years reading and interpreting blueprints and technical mechanical systems documents. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within the USA as required by business needs. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; or a Master's degree/MBA (preferred). • Data center industry experience with water- or air-cooled chillers (preferred). • Commercial HVAC expertise, including centrifugal chillers, Cooling Distribution Unit systems, and airside equipment (preferred). • Project Management Professional certification (preferred). • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification or experience with Building Automation Systems (preferred). • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (preferred). • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred). • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities (preferred). • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers through active listening and effective solutions (preferred).
