Descrição

• Lead a high-performing team of General Managers across approximately 10 assigned auction sites. • Provide senior-level local auction leadership and direction supporting business goals, auction processes, customer engagement, and team-member engagement. • Build relationships throughout the organization and with key customers to deliver results. • Prioritize projects and drive key business initiatives across the region. • Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for regional operations. • Gather and analyze business, financial, and operational information and advise senior leaders. • Use data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve regional performance. • Ensure efficient and economical performance of regional operations and individual locations. • Partner with project management and operations teams to execute change-management initiatives. • Mentor, coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable, including succession planning and performance management. • Serve as a point of contact and change agent for other business groups. • Build new processes, systems, programs, and platforms for regional operations. • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures. • Report to the Regional Director. • Travel extensively to provide ongoing site support.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Must live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone or be open to relocating to one of these time zones. • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation initiatives, developing people, and solving complex operational problems in a high-volume environment. • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time; the posting also states 75% travel required. • Must live within commutable distance to a major airport. • Expertise in ADESA General Manager core competencies: Process Execution, Business Acumen, Change Management, Team Development, Communication, and Reasoning. • Proficiency in Google Suite and related business and communication tools. • Ability to manage remote teams, including delegation. • Talent development, leadership, change management, accounting, financial, and strategic data-analysis skills. • Strong understanding and track record of leading operations, specifically auction operations. • Proven ability to lead and grow exempt-level leaders and implement change, growth, and efficiency initiatives. • Ability to resolve complex issues independently and guide others through resolution and change. • Highly proficient with computer systems and applications. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and variable schedules. • Ability to provide valuable and actionable feedback. • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. • Must pass a complete background check. • Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • Must meet light-to-medium physical work requirements and inside/outside environmental working conditions.
