Descrição

• Join the Central Quality Engineering Function • Represent the Software Developers in Test team and partner with product teams to embed quality throughout development • Drive scalable, modern approaches to testing, automation, infrastructure, reporting and best practices • Contribute to quality strategy for a rapidly scaling SaaS platform • Improve the test pyramid by shifting validation from UI toward lower testing levels • Enhance E2E test stability and speed through test data setup, test isolation and execution reliability improvements • Improve CI/CD and developer workflows while reducing flaky tests and noisy signals • Promote actionable test-failure signals and shorten feedback loops • Support functional testing and roadmap-driven functionality and enhancements • Participate in all testing phases using agentic testing capabilities and AI Test Harnesses • Track and improve DORA-related quality KPIs including test coverage, defect trends, test effectiveness, execution health, flakiness and regression rates • Engage in cross-functional initiatives spanning design, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring and incident reviews • Share testing methodologies with developers and fellow SDETs • Apply an AI-first mindset to quality engineering

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years' experience working in Quality Engineering teams within modern SaaS or platform organizations in cloud-native environments (AWS) • Expertise in scaling automated testing infrastructure, including integration with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows) • Knowledge of testing strategies and tools across the pyramid, from unit to E2E, including API contract and integration testing (Cypress, Pact, K6) • Solid front-end knowledge and testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript • Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for improving test signal and pipeline feedback loops • Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders • Cross-platform collaborative testing mindset • Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across multiple regions • Experience integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and on-prem CI/CD systems (GitHub) • Strategic growth mindset and desire to learn and mentor others with a pragmatic, system-thinking approach • Keen interest and knowledge of AI-powered testing tools like CoPilot, Devin and Claude is a bonus
