Descrição

• Operate as a technical leader within the team and broader engineering organization • Shape architecture and design and raise engineering quality • Mentor developers and partner with cross-functional stakeholders • Maintain end-to-end accountability for the AI platform in production, including architecture, delivery, operations, cost, quality, and on-call • Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems, including LLM services, retrieval pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, execution runtimes, and human-in-the-loop capabilities • Build and operate memory infrastructure for agent systems • Own LLMOps harnesses, pipelines, and infrastructure, including dynamic model selection • Build automated evaluation infrastructure for offline and online metrics, drift, and regression alerting • Evaluate and integrate third-party LLMOps and evaluation platforms • Build technical controls, telemetry, and guardrails for compliance frameworks • Maintain agent definition management APIs and tool registry definitions • Lead engineering proof-of-concept builds • Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals • Influence technical direction through architecture reviews, RFCs, and design discussions • Contribute to product build, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC improvements, reliability, observability, monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation • Represent the team in technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and cloud capabilities • Use and promote AI-assisted development tools and establish safe team practices

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years building and operating production AI systems • Experience with agent frameworks, agent memory systems, or orchestration of tool-using AI systems • Production AWS experience, including Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform) • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated impact beyond a single team • Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native, SaaS/multi-tenant platforms at scale • Strong software fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and code quality advocacy • Experience with agentic-AI software development practices • Experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar) • Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions across teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong initiative to improve processes, tools, methodologies, and product quality • Nice-to-have: AI guardrails, governance controls, safety mechanisms, ISO 42001, AIUC-1, NIST AI RMF, third-party ML/LLMOps platforms, RAG, embedding pipelines, hybrid search, LLMOps, regulated domains, accounting/auditing/financial workflows • Familiarity with New Relic, CloudWatch, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, AWS, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, TypeScript, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Slack
