Descrição

• Join the Central Quality Engineering Function. • Represent Software Developers in Test who partner with product teams to embed quality throughout development using tooling, automation, infrastructure, reporting, and best practices. • Practice quality strategy across the SaaS platform and improve the test pyramid by shifting from UI-based validation toward lower-level testing. • Improve CI/CD and developer workflows by enhancing E2E test data setup, test isolation, execution reliability, feedback loops, and flaky-test reduction. • Work with the test team to complete functionality and enhancements driven by team roadmaps. • Provide horizontal support across the test team. • Participate in all testing phases using agentic testing capabilities and AI Test Harnesses. • Drive quality KPIs including test coverage, defect trends, test effectiveness, execution health, flakiness, and regression rates. • Influence quality across design, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident reviews. • Share testing methodologies with developers and fellow SDETs.

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years' experience working in Quality Engineering teams within modern SaaS or platform organizations in cloud-native environments (AWS). • Expertise in scaling automated testing infrastructure, including integration with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows). • Knowledge of testing strategies and tools across the pyramid, from unit to E2E, including API contract and integration testing (Cypress, Pact, K6). • Solid front-end knowledge and testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for improving test signal and pipeline feedback loops. • Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders. • Cross-platform collaborative testing mindset. • Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across multiple regions. • Experience integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and on-prem CI/CD systems (GitHub). • Strategic growth mindset and desire to learn and mentor others with a pragmatic, system-thinking approach to quality at scale. • Interest and knowledge of AI-powered testing tools such as CoPilot, Devin, and Claude is a bonus.
