Descrição

• Translate raw requirements into robust system designs and implementations • Own feature lifecycles from initial development through production deployment and ongoing Operations & Maintenance • Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency C++, Go, and Python services • Test, tune, and validate algorithms using historic and simulated datasets before live deployment • Design high-performance inter-application communication protocols for real-time data exchange • Optimize data structures, Protobuf serialization, and Redis Streams • Architect and manage data pipelines from sensor ingestion through transformation, storage, and delivery • Integrate tracking, inference, and sensor-fusion algorithms into production services • Develop REST APIs and service integrations • Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting • Operate containerized services on Kubernetes with Argo and Helm in GCP • Document systems, runbooks, and integrations • Contribute to a high-trust engineering culture

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a generalist, backend, and systems focus • Deep experience building, tuning, and operating real-time systems • Strong proficiency in C++ preferred, with production experience implementing high-performance, low-latency algorithms • Proficiency in Python for prototyping preferred • Ability to use historic and simulated data to iterate on algorithms and system logic • Strong data interface knowledge, including IPC, high-speed messaging protocols, and robust application interfaces • Expertise in algorithms, data structures, system internals, computational complexity, memory constraints, and system behavior under load • Experience with streaming data systems such as Redis Streams or Kafka • Experience with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, GCP or comparable cloud infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines • Comfortable working in Linux and with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor • Strong communication skills for explaining architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Background checks and substance screening required as a condition of employment
