Descrição

• Own end-to-end delivery of LLM-powered systems in Python and TypeScript, from ambiguous customer problems through production operation • Scope customer problems with product managers and data scientists • Define evals and guardrails, release gates, production signals, and historical-claims simulations • Improve team practices for agentic coding tools, including specifications, instruction files, hooks, permission policies, and code review standards • Design NLP pipelines converting unstructured claims data into structured customer-actionable data • Build and operate durable, event-driven, multi-tenant systems with agents as steps in deterministic workflows • Design failure modes, replay semantics, and cost profiles • Own tracing and audit so model calls and agent steps can be reconstructed and cited to their sources • Establish privacy and security baselines including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, redaction, retention, and model-provider data controls • Author complex-system design documents and review other engineers’ designs and code • Mentor engineers in the area • Participate in a shared on-call rotation • Deliver systems whose model changes are eval-gated and whose accuracy can be demonstrated to customers

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including an LLM-powered system you architected, shipped to external customers, and carried through at least one model or prompt migration • Python and TypeScript expertise, including setting team conventions for async models, typing strictness, and test strategy, plus profiling and fixing performance problems • Experience setting evals and guardrails strategies for a product area, including human approval requirements and feeding production corrections back into evals • Daily production use of Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar agentic coding tools, including constraining context and verifying output • Experience designing pipelines blending LLMs, semantic search, and classical NLP • Experience designing durable, event-driven systems with deterministic orchestration around non-deterministic model steps, including compensating actions, idempotency, backpressure, and event-sourced replay • Data modeling and development across relational, document, and graph databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Neo4j • Experience architecting and operating systems on Azure or AWS, with CI/CD and infrastructure as code • Hands-on experience with a durable workflow engine such as Temporal or the Durable Task Scheduler • Experience authoring technical design documents for multi-team systems • Clear writing and discussion for technical and non-technical audiences • React and TypeScript experience preferred • Experience with agent frameworks, LangGraph, PydanticAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, A2A, command-line tools, and microservices preferred • Experience with LLM observability and evaluation tooling such as LangSmith, Arize, or Braintrust, and OpenTelemetry-based tracing preferred • Experience designing A/B tests for AI features preferred • Exposure to insurance, claims, or automotive repair domains preferred • Must participate in a shared on-call rotation • Video interview required; candidates may not use generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly allowed
