Descrição

• Lead and support planning, scheduling, and execution of full life cycle commissioning for critical facilities • Conduct on-site inspections, validation, functional testing, troubleshooting, and vendor/contractor direction • Participate in factory witness testing and startup activities using appropriate technical equipment • Manage timelines, identify risks, and help develop mitigation strategies • Support team onboarding, mobilization, and project updates • Oversee pre-construction activities, including project initiation, kickoff meetings, RFIs, submittals, and resource/material forecasting • Develop and manage project schedules; lead project meetings and coordinate staffing needs • Execute or oversee QA/QC, pre-functional and functional testing, startup, cutover, and project closeout • Onboard project teams, prepare progress reports, and lead final commissioning reports for clients • Create commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts • Review design documents, drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, and sequences of operation • Contribute to commissioning-focused design reviews • Support project communication and reporting for internal and external stakeholders • Manage personal hours using company tools • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time and on budget • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and client teams to test, validate, and operate electrical systems

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls system principles • Skilled in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams • Exceptional organizational skills for file management • Ability to complete assignments accurately with attention to detail • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes • Ability to work successfully in a remote and field environment • Effective communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, proactiveness, and resourcefulness • Ability to work in a distraction-free workspace • Ability to follow company and site safety requirements • Ability to analyze and prepare technical documents, reports, and correspondence • Effective oral and written communication of technical and non-technical information • Ability to communicate directly with clients and serve as a primary client contact • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines • Ability to plan and delegate the work of others • Ability to achieve NFPA70E and/or OSHA certification as required • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Must be located near a major airport • Up to 75% domestic travel, potentially to any or all 50 U.S. states • Must be able to rent vehicles and have a valid driver’s license • Valid REAL ID or acceptable alternative, such as a passport, required for domestic air travel associated with the position effective May 7, 2025 • Ability to meet physical demands including climbing stairs/ladders, accessing tight or confined spaces, and occasionally moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
