Descrição

• Lead and manage multiple data engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and best practices. • Advanced knowledge of Databricks to design and implement data solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. • Define and enforce coding standards, documentation requirements, and architectural guidelines across all data teams. • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices. • Lead initiatives for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance data engineering functions. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data engineering and analytics. • Validate the technical deliverables of each team against engineering best practices and client requirements. • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to improve data integrity and reliability. • Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and ensure that solutions delivered meet their standards and expectations. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong emphasis on Databricks. • Proven experience managing complex projects. • Expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Scala, or Java. • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
