Descrição

• Act as the customer representative and be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements and features. • Ensure the development and delivery of valuable products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and correct implementation of requirements. • Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories based on value, risk, and customer needs. • Conduct user testing to validate developed features and ensure product quality. • Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to make iterative improvements based on insights.

🎯 Requisitos

• Define the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and strategy. • Elicit, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into epics and user stories while adhering to DoR (Definition of Ready), DoD (Definition of Done), and AC (Acceptance Criteria), and functionalities for development. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and correct implementation of requirements. • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and customer needs. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective to ensure the continuous delivery of value. • Conduct user testing to validate developed features, ensuring product quality. • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders by conveying relevant product information and updates. • Monitor product performance in the market, gather customer feedback, and make iterative improvements based on insights. • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and best product management practices. • Collaborate with design teams (ensuring user needs are understood and addressed) and development teams (ensuring requirements are correctly implemented). • Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at the company scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency.
