Descrição

• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director • Support Account Manager’s within the region by acting as the subject matter expert in the cushioning space • Drive growth of cushioning portfolio across assigned region in partnership with local Account Managers • Ability to prioritize time and resources effectively to drive results • Understand key market dynamics and customer needs related to the cushioning portfolio • Work closely with marketing and I&D to ensure appropriate market, product, innovation and solutions • Present product and solution knowledge to distribution channels in partnership with Account Managers and RSD’s • Work closely with Packaging Application Centers on custom projects • Discuss/prepare value analysis and key product specifications to help sales team close or retain the business • Align with RSD and sales training team to uncover gaps in product/solution knowledge

🎯 Requisitos

• BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS a plus • 3+ years of experience in outside sales • 3+ years of MS Office Suite • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to travel overnight • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, CRM knowledgeable • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to be creative • Ability to present complex topics in easy-to-understand way • Ability to influence decision-making and negotiate with customers • Ability to work across teams and navigate complex environment • Demonstrates learning agility • Strong business acumen • Goal-focused/deadline-driven/results-oriented • Self-starter and coachable • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
