Descrição

• Architect the next generation of Cisco’s developer platform • Design and evolve critical infrastructure for building, testing, and deploying cloud applications • Consolidate disparate legacy tools into a modern, cohesive, scalable developer platform • Enable engineers to experiment safely and confidently and build products effectively • Drive operational excellence across the organization • Learn other engineering teams’ priorities and practices to design systems that work for them • Work on cross-functional initiatives within Cloud Engineering and with non-technical stakeholders • Participate in an on-call rotation and conduct sustainable incident responses • Conduct blameless postmortems

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in STEM and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent related work experience • 3+ years of professional experience writing production-grade code in Python or Ruby, focused on tooling or automation • 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Ansible • Experience managing infrastructure in environments supporting 500+ nodes or complex, high-frequency CI/CD pipelines • Experience with modern Unix/Linux operating systems and distributions • Experience building and supporting tools for a quickly growing engineering organization of 1,500+ employees • Experience in hybrid cloud environments, including bare metal, container orchestration, and managed cloud services • Background in Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with DORA and SPACE DevOps measurement metrics • Interest in highly resilient and scalable systems with an owner/operator mindset • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies within a diverse toolset • Must be a U.S. Person for work in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments • Certain work may require U.S. citizenship and performance on U.S. soil
