Descrição

• Work as a trusted advisor and partner to top enterprise organizations • Serve as a member of a customer Account Team in a pre-sales technical role • Showcase Cisco product solutions, set up demonstrations, and explain features and benefits to customers • Design and configure products to meet specific customer needs • Align Cisco services, solutions, and architectures with customer challenges and priorities • Ensure Cisco architectural vision addresses customers’ desired outcomes and capabilities • Gain access to Cisco technologies and applications in the financial services industry • Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Architects, and other Solutions Engineers • Present solutions and support architecture development customized for largest global customers • Provide solution and architectural perspectives across the Cisco product portfolio • Use technical specialization for specific opportunities • Act as a consultative technical adviser to account teams and customers • Keep up to date on competitors’ solutions, products, and services • Assist with formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities • Deliver and support technical presentations and solution demonstrations • Demonstrate business relevance of developed solutions • Provide consultative customer relationships and develop customer-focused solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of related experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles • Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings • Proven pre-sales experience translating technical solutions into business value • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Professional certifications such as CCIE or CCNP are highly desirable • Knowledge of baseline SE/SA skills and in-depth knowledge in at least one adjacent technology: Data Center, Collaboration, Security, or Route/Switch/Wireless • Understanding of Cisco solutions, competitors, and associated IT market technologies • Excellent technical consulting skills, including defining trade-offs, asking probing questions, and incorporating Cisco solutions into broader technology environments • Strong business acumen • Conversant in AI infrastructure and IT use cases • Strong knowledge of Cisco switching, wireless, routing, data centers, and security • Excellent presentation, communication, and technical consulting skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new trends • Candidates must be located in the New England Area • Ability to regularly travel to New England/Northeast-based customers
