Descrição

• Build greenfield internal services from zero to production and broad adoption across multiple engineering teams • Design and build customer-facing applications in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, backed by owned services • Build administration backends, configurable workflow tooling, and developer-facing surfaces • Own durable API contracts, including versioning, backward compatibility, SDKs, and zero-downtime migrations • Organize reusable components and guide engineers toward appropriate patterns • Design and evolve data models across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB • Operate services through SLOs, instrumentation, alerting, and incident follow-through in Datadog • Advance agentic development practices, delivery automation, coverage, and testing infrastructure • Write RFCs, design documents, and integration guides • Mentor engineers who consume shared services • Partner with QA, Platform, and Security teams • Lead specifications, harnesses, test strategies, and review practices for AI-assisted engineering • Drive adoption, reliability, interface stewardship, delivery velocity, and technical influence

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on practical experience • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full SDLC • Significant backend and platform engineering depth • Experience owning production enterprise systems over multi-year horizons • Experience versioning widely used interfaces, running deprecation cycles, migrating consumers, and maintaining critical systems • Experience taking services from design through production and adoption by other teams • Ability to build consensus across teams without formal authority • Experience negotiating migration timelines, running design reviews, and making technical cases in writing • Experience mentoring junior engineers and adapting communication to different audiences • Fluency with agentic and AI-assisted development in production workflows • TypeScript end to end, including discriminated unions, generics, branded types, and runtime validation • Modern JavaScript, including Node streams, native fetch, AsyncLocalStorage, ESM, top-level await, and related features • Deep Node.js and NestJS experience; deep Express or Fastify experience with strong DI fundamentals is an acceptable substitute • React and Next.js, including hooks, App Router, server components, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, and typed clients • Practical authentication integration with NextAuth and Auth0 federation • REST and/or GraphQL API design, idempotency, pagination, contract testing, and semantic versioning • PostgreSQL or MySQL modeling for transactional financial data and MongoDB modeling for flexible, versioned documents • Asynchronous and event-driven systems using RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka • Testing experience with Jest, Supertest, Playwright or Cypress, and Testcontainers • Cloud-native delivery experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CD tooling • Ability to instrument services and define SLOs • Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, risk mitigation, and human-in-the-loop practices • Preferred: financial systems, identity and access, compliance-constrained engineering, workflow engines, platform/developer experience, feature flagging, public-sector/GovTech, or open-source contributions
