• You proactively contact cities, municipalities and districts by phone and identify the correct contact person (mayor, managing director, head of administration, HR managers). • You conduct professional first conversations by phone, spark interest in our recruiting solution and position Clementine Media as a trusted partner. • You schedule qualified appointments – this is your central goal and key performance metric. • You accurately record your contacts and conversation outcomes in our CRM (Close CRM) and keep your pipeline up to date. • You work with a proven call script that you will make your own over time and continuously improve. • You actively contribute to optimizing our sales processes.
• You have experience in telephone cold calling, phone sales or a comparable role (e.g., SDR, BDR, call agent, appointment setter) – ideally in a B2B environment. • You speak German fluently at a native level – on the phone you sound professional, personable and persuasive. • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and do not get rattled by a “no.” • Persistence with tact is one of your strengths. • You work in a structured way, organize yourself independently and keep an overview even during high call volumes. • You are confident using CRM systems and digital tools. • Experience in the public sector or municipal sales is a plus but not required – we will teach you everything you need to know.
