Descrição

• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions • Develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps • Develop Power Pages • Build Power Automate cloud flows and approvals • Manage on-premises and cloud relational database systems (RDBMS) and Dataverse data models, business rules, and security roles • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards • Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions • Develop reusable components, patterns, and templates aligned with OTS standards • Transfer knowledge and train in-house developers • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems via connectors and APIs • Apply best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Implement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environmental strategies • Ensure solutions comply with Louisiana OTS standards and applicable federal and state regulations • Support audits, documentation, and technical reviews • Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilities • Assist in designing conversational AI solutions and virtual agents using Copilot Studio • Support knowledge retrieval, case intake, and internal support automation use cases

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, on-premises and cloud RDBMS, Dataverse, and Power BI • 5+ years of demonstrated understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) • 5+ years of demonstrated understanding of environment strategy with deployment and troubleshooting across Dev/Test/Prod • 5+ years of demonstrated understanding of security and role-based access control • 5+ years of demonstrated understanding of SQL queries • 5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs • Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a shared-services environment • Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms is desirable but not mandatory • Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments is desirable but not mandatory • Experience with MS SQL Server is desirable but not mandatory • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is desirable but not mandatory • Familiarity with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management, is desirable but not mandatory • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform is desirable but not mandatory • Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect, are desirable but not mandatory
