Descrição

• Set direction for the data science function and experimentation practice • Own data strategy across the company • Provide mentorship and thought partnership to senior data scientists • Own the highest-stakes analyses and evaluation of experiments • Drive strategic opportunity sizing and data changes for metrics • Lead predictive modeling and machine learning work • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of experience as a data scientist • Highly fluent in SQL and Python • Comfortable operating across an end-to-end data pipeline • Experience in designing and analyzing experiments • Deep expertise in predictive modeling and ML techniques • Proactively identify important questions and opportunities • Excellent written communication skills
