Descrição

• Independently implement structured cold outreach strategies to generate leads and build new veterinary practice contacts • Conduct market analyses and monitor competitors to identify new business opportunities • Initiate contact with potential customers, assess needs, and present our solutions in a tailored manner • Conduct initial sales conversations as the basis for long-term partnerships • Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a smooth handover to customers • Support and mentor junior sales talent and promote a learning-oriented team culture

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience in telephone-based B2B customer acquisition, including quantifiable results • Solid understanding of the veterinary or animal health market—ideally with a sales background • Confident handling of initial customer contact phases and the ability to develop customer relationships • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of initiative • Excellent written and spoken English in an international work environment
