Descrição

• Manages Team of ten to thirteen sales managers across large geographic region • Responsible for over $80M with objectives to aggressively grow • Establish sales targets to meet company objectives • Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization • Partner with business development to extract maximum value from project specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive a coordinated go-to-market strategy • Integrate newly acquired company (Metal Sales) – culture, processes • Develops annual sales plan in support of RMR organization strategy and objectives • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices • Coach and grow the sales team on the use of sales methodology and tools • Ensure communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is required • 10 or more years in sales leadership role to include executive level work experience is required • Strong knowledge and experience in technical oriented product selling • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including ability to lead successfully in a matrixed environment • Ability to influence leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches • Proven track record of leading teams to execute on strategy and deliver superior results.
