Descrição

• Own marketing programs across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels • Write copy, run campaigns, build reporting, and remain accountable for results • Support content, paid media, lifecycle, operations, and analytics programs as a generalist • Produce content across blog, social, email, and other owned channels • Build scalable content workflows covering briefing, creation, review, and publishing • Lead execution and optimization across paid social and paid search • Build campaign infrastructure, testing frameworks, and scalable reporting • Build and manage email and push programs, including segmentation, sequencing, copy, QA, and performance optimization • Help develop lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up • Support performance reporting across D2C channels • Translate data into clear recommendations and act on them proactively • Build systems and processes to scale marketing learnings across the organization • Report directly to the VP of Consumer Marketing and influence development of the D2C function

🎯 Requisitos

• 5–8 years of experience in consumer marketing • Meaningful experience across more than one marketing channel • Strong instincts across the paid and owned media stack • Deep expertise in at least one marketing area • Experience building workstreams or programs from scratch • Track record using AI tools to automate workflows and scale individual output • High agency and ability to identify, build, and operate needed systems independently • Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tooling • Prior experience at a consumer health, wellness, or subscription brand is extra credit • Hands-on paid social or paid search experience at meaningful scale, including Meta Ads or Google Ads, is extra credit • Familiarity with Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar lifecycle and email platforms is extra credit • NYC proximity preferred • Must complete employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
