Descrição

• Manage and grow the NextGear Capital portfolio within the Fort Lauderdale, Florida territory • Optimize clients’ use of lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5 million • Act as a floor plan subject matter expert for the assigned client portfolio • Build and maintain client relationships through in-person and virtual engagement • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through account management, controlled growth, and risk mitigation • Educate and coach clients on performance behaviors, self-service options, best practices, policies, and expectations • Collect and analyze client financial information, internal reports, and dashboards to monitor dealer performance • Address dealer performance issues to drive growth and manage risk • Support pre-default risk mitigation and post-default collection efforts • Identify and report material client or internal non-compliance, attempted or actual fraud, and other circumstances requiring company protection • Document activities and client interactions in Salesforce • Identify Cox Automotive cross-business-unit relationships and opportunities

🎯 Requisitos

• Candidates must live within the zip codes related to the Fort Lauderdale Florida Territory • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field, or a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience, or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years’ experience in a related field in lieu of a degree • Related experience may include finance, client facing, B2B, account management and/or collections • Spanish speaking highly preferred • Automotive and/or floorplan industry background highly preferred • Financial knowledge and acumen preferred • Knowledge of automotive and finance industries • Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, time management, negotiation, collection, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness and take necessary safety precautions • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce • Ability to travel, fly, and drive; greater than 25% travel with some overnight travel required • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods • Valid driver’s license required • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship; no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
