Descrição

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software features and enhancements within an iterative development process • Develop and maintain generative AI features within enterprise AI platforms under governance and risk guidelines • Build AI-assisted tooling to improve how Associates find information and get work done • Design automated workflows connecting tools to engineering systems • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and feedback loops • Contribute to technical design of software components and systems • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional team members to understand user stories and deliver solutions • Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues • Ensure comprehensive documentation of features and solutions • Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requisitos

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience • Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and agile principles • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies • Experience building LLM/GenAI applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows, ideally in GCP Vertex AI • Experience with Slack app development or workflow automation, including Slack API, Bolt SDK, or Workflow Builder • Experience with API/webhooks integration • Working knowledge of enterprise AI governance and model risk principles • Problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and contribute to a self-organizing team • Familiarity with software testing frameworks and methodologies • Understanding of version control systems such as Git and CI/CD concepts • Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL database technologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go • Experience developing and shipping software products or features
