• Nurture strong, collaborative partnerships with high-value mid-market customers. • Align customer goals with CreatorIQ’s platform capabilities. • Drive platform adoption and usage through customer engagement data analysis. • Lead strategic business reviews and road map discussions. • Collaborate with Implementation and Services teams for successful onboarding.
