Descrição

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points, and present solutions that address their challenges and deliver value. • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource. • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with prospects to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' needs. • Pipeline Management: Manage the business development pipeline effectively, prioritizing opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. • Sales Reporting: Provide regular and timely updates in the specified selling tools on business development activities, progress against targets, potential risks, and market insights to the Head of Business Development. • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS or technical services sales (or similar). • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Previous experience in a New Business-focused role. • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
