Descrição

• Lead complex construction management projects, ensuring delivery is on-time and within budget • Oversee design alternatives and solutions, ensuring all work meets federal, state, and local specifications • Act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including TSA officials, airport authorities, and prime contractors • Manage the daily activities of field staff and sub-contracting firms, ensuring safety and quality standards are exceeded • Apply a deep understanding of airport-specific construction, including floor loading capacities, rigging complexities, and electrical infrastructure

🎯 Requisitos

• BA/BS + 8 years of experience OR MA/MS + 6 years of experience • Thorough understanding of airport construction practices and standards (seismic, electrical, rigging) • Mastery of the Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG) for checkpoint operations • Demonstrated ability to resolve compliance issues with federal authorities • Clearance: Active DHS Suitability or the ability to obtain it immediately • Specific Experience: Previous project leadership at US airports
