Descrição

• Architect and guide scalable, durable systems across multiple teams • Lead architecture reviews and design discussions across concurrent projects • Unblock engineers by solving difficult technical problems and debugging complex issues • Write and ship production code regularly • Use AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, Claude for design and code review • Mentor engineers from foundational to senior levels • Identify systemic risks and technical debt and drive cross-team remediation • Partner with engineering leadership, PMs, and Staff/Senior engineers to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps • Help maintain reliable and scalable systems supporting Curri’s last-mile logistics operations

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of experience building production software • Track record of owning architecture and technical direction beyond a single team or project • Experience leading system design for scalable, reliable production infrastructure • Full-stack range and depth in backend systems (TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, NATS) and/or UI (React, React Native) • Fluency with AI-paired delivery using Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agents • Judgment to determine where AI needs human review • Ability to coach others on effective AI-assisted development • Demonstrated mentorship experience • Strong, direct communication skills • Ability to influence technical direction without formal authority • Experience scaling systems, identifying systemic problems, setting technical standards, or working as a tech lead, staff engineer, or architect are bonus qualifications • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is required
