Descrição

• You drive the strategic expansion of our relationships with new and existing enterprise customers and shape your market area with a high degree of ownership. • You win and manage strategically significant large projects in the DACH manufacturing sector — from the initial discovery to contract signature. • You independently build and maintain a sustainable 4x pipeline. • You confidently navigate complex multi-stakeholder projects through 3–6-person buying committees (including plant management, CIO/CTO, OT engineering) and successfully guide all stakeholders through a 4–9 month sales cycle to close. • You translate complex technologies such as Unified Namespace, OT/IT integration and Cybus Connectware together with our pre-sales engineers into compelling value propositions that C-level executives understand and prioritize. • You actively shape our product. Your valuable insights from customer conversations feed directly into the roadmap — in weekly collaboration with product management and the founding team you act as the market’s strategic voice.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS / software sales in the DACH market. • Ideally you have experience in Industrial IoT, MES, manufacturing software, data platforms or Unified Namespace. • A proven track record of personally closed deals from EUR 80k ACV with complex buying committees at C-level. • Confident use of a modern sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message or similar). • Confidence in building a category story and working with brands that do not yet have global brand awareness. • Fluent German (C1+) and business-fluent English for professional customer interaction. • Willingness to travel across the DACH region (approx. 40–60%). • Bonus points for experience translating digitalization challenges into customer- and industry-specific solution concepts.
