Descrição

• Develop and execute category management strategies for various areas of spend • Create category plans and strategic sourcing initiatives to leverage third-party spend and create value • Conduct spend analysis and market intelligence to identify opportunities, optimize the supplier pool and mitigate business risk • Manage assigned higher-complexity categories to optimize the supply base and deliver financial benefits • Execute strategic sourcing processes from market intelligence, business base-case and scope development through commercial negotiations, supplier selection and contract execution • Provide oversight and guidance to other Category Management resources for specific categories and initiatives • Collaborate with category managers, contract administrators and internal stakeholders to develop category plans and strategies • Conduct ongoing market analysis and leverage supply chain knowledge to understand and articulate market trends and spend analytics • Execute sourcing initiatives aligned with business objectives • Conduct economic analysis, cost modeling and total cost of ownership analysis for strategic sourcing events and bid evaluations • Develop business cases for sourcing initiatives using market data, commercial objectivity, and relevant business and technical factors • Work with site stakeholders to understand demand/spend profiles, category and sub-category risks, and business requirements • Communicate and align with stakeholders on category initiative changes, status updates, implementation plans and category metrics • Ensure site operational and transactional supply chain activities align with category strategies • Identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement and risk reduction • Use supply chain tools, templates and systems prescribed by the Supply Chain Function

🎯 Requisitos

• 4-year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Four (4) or more years in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing (Required) • Category Management and Strategic Sourcing experience in Industrial Contractor Services, including Turnaround Maintenance Services and Engineering Construction Services (Preferred) • Six (6) or more years of critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials and/or market intelligence (Preferred) • Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, contract management, commercial, risk or relevant experience (Preferred) • Business acumen • Category planning • Financial analysis • Influencing • Market research • Negotiating • Relationship management • Risk management • Stakeholder engagement • Supplier sourcing • No licensure or certification required
