Descrição

• Train internal and external customers and resolve common and complex errors • Resolve interface web tickets and perform end-user setup for customers with varying technical knowledge • Build, implement, and support software customer workflow components • Work with Development, QA, Support, and other internal and external resources to serve customers • Act as an interface escalation resource for support, implementations, and interface team members • Develop internal and external technical documentation and facilitate team knowledge transfer • Build and maintain interfaces for all Deliver Health customers • Build custom interfaces and custom filters when required • Monitor, manage, and document actions and solutions in the Deliver Health ticketing system • Maintain knowledge of current software versions and known issues • Monitor the ticketing system and process customer/internal user-submitted emails • Resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate staff member, escalating to management or other departments as needed • Complete required learning events and training • Provide training for partners and end customers as needed • Perform other assigned duties or projects

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a technical environment, healthcare industry, or customer support role • Proficiency in back-end processes and workflows for the specific platform • Effective and professional communication skills • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Dependable and punctual • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure • Good interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills • Detail-oriented; understands and works well with varying standards and processes • Expert-level problem-solving skills with Windows 11 or higher • Platform-specific knowledge • Workflow configuration templates • Reports • MS Office • Online collaboration tools • Deliver Health ticketing system • Networking and network topology in business or medical environments • Database knowledge, including SQL, Oracle, or Access • Middleware/interfacing systems, including EMR interfaces • Proficiency in one or more programming languages as required by the platform, including XML, SQL, scripting, RTF, HTML, or HL7 • Associate college/university degree in Computer Science, or a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience • Relevant certifications considered an asset
