A Divisão de Informática Clínica e Transformação Digital (DoC-IT) da UCSF é o núcleo acadêmico para pesquisadores de informática clínica aplicada no Departamento de Medicina da UCSF. A divisão coordena-se com diversos stakeholders digitais internos e externos para fomentar a pesquisa, apoiar o desenvolvimento de carreira e promover a diversidade, equidade e inclusão (DEI). Serve como o principal ponto de educação e treinamento em informática clínica e faz parceria com o sistema de saúde da UCSF e players da indústria para impulsionar um impacto real na área de saúde.

Descrição

• Build automation workflows using n8n.io and Python as the primary platform • Integrate APIs, databases, and AI services to create functional, scalable automation pipelines • Work with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot to build agents, streamline development, and generate value from LLMs • Write and test prompts that enable AI to complete meaningful tasks—text classification, summarization, chatbot functionality, and more • Build task-specific AI agents or multi-step assistants powered by APIs and large language models • Combine frontend/backend logic with AI decision-making to produce efficient microservices or tools • Take abstract product ideas and build working MVPs quickly, with clarity and minimal oversight • Partner with engineering leads and other Augusto team members to deliver meaningful, production-ready solutions • Explain technical designs and limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requisitos

• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot • Solid understanding of LLM behavior and prompt construction for a variety of tasks • Hands-on experience with n8n (preferred) or similar platforms like Airia.ai, Make, or Zapier • Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript • Ability to integrate APIs, handle webhooks, and extend automation logic where needed • Independent, self-managed, and comfortable owning deliverables in a fast-paced environment • Experience building automations in n8n or equivalent • Experience with prompt-based tools or agents • Experience building AI-enhanced applications or tools, or workflows
