Descrição

• Define and execute long-term product strategy for Docker's internal developer platform and AI developer tooling • Drive an integrated roadmap balancing foundational platform investments with AI-native capabilities • Align platform and tooling strategy with Docker's business objectives and product portfolio • Define golden paths, paved roads, and self-service capabilities for provisioning, deployment, observation, and operations • Establish clear contracts, defaults, documentation, and measurable adoption outcomes • Translate reliability, scale, networking, and cost priorities into a trusted roadmap • Shape AI agents and assisted workflows across the software development lifecycle and operations • Partner with engineering on build-versus-integrate decisions for AI and developer infrastructure • Define metrics for AI tooling effectiveness, including adoption, productivity gains, and developer satisfaction • Identify internal tools and platform capabilities for customer-facing productization • Own the strategy from prototype to product and partner on positioning, packaging, and path to general availability • Build relationships with product and engineering leaders across Docker • Influence roadmaps and drive alignment across competing team needs • Serve as trusted product advisor on infrastructure and developer tooling decisions • Track platform adoption, support load, toil, provisioning and deployment speed, reliability, and developer productivity • Build organizational relationships and map infrastructure, self-service, CI/CD, AI tooling, toil, and friction during the first 15 days • Publish an integrated product strategy and roadmap with priorities and success metrics within the first 45 days • Establish consultation and intake processes, deliver an early win, and define instrumentation • Become the trusted product advisor and lead measurable platform improvements during the first year • Take at least one internal capability through the path to a customer-facing offering

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of product management experience • 4+ years at Staff level or above • Proven track record building and scaling platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products at high-growth technology companies • Strong technical acumen across Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, APIs, and observability • Deep understanding of platform-as-a-product principles, self-service, golden paths, developer experience, adoption over mandate, and internal customer success • Fluency with AI and agentic workflows • Hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered tooling or AI agents • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority • Strategic thinking balancing long-term platform vision with near-term team needs and business objectives • Clear written and verbal communication suited to a remote-first environment • Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role
