Descrição

• Provide 3rd level support regarding interface-related issues • Collaborate with commercial LOS and POS partners and their support teams to maintain and improve DocMagic service offering • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on the implementation of DocMagic Products and Services • Work with Relationship Managers and support teams to identify and resolve interface issues • Collaborate with Compliance on product enhancements to meet new regulatory requirements • Share knowledge with DocMagic teams to improve competency with commercial integrations • Partner with the Delivery team to implement product enhancements across the full portfolio of DocMagic products • Participate in authoring various integration and interface guides, including DocMagic Direct Web Service Guides and LOS Interface Guides

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 4+ years integration or client services experience • 4+ years demonstrated success in Business-to-Business integration skills • 4+ years technical proficiency across a range of software products and platforms • Proficiency in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Proficiency with other software tools relevant to system integrations (e.g., XML validation tools) • Ability to read and understand code at a high level • Mortgage industry experience and knowledge preferred
