Descrição

• Build robust AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers • Work hands-on with NVIDIA- and AMD-based platforms • Support operational and reliability aspects of large-scale AI clusters, including performance at scale, training stability, real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting • Administer Linux systems, from GPU-enabled servers to general-purpose compute systems • Design and plan rack layouts and network topologies according to customer requirements • Design and evaluate automation scripts for network operations and configure server and switch fabrics • Perform data center upgrades and ensure smooth deployment of DriveNets solutions • Install and configure DriveNets products for optimal performance and customer satisfaction • Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health • Improve the full service lifecycle from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement • Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements • Engage with sales teams and customers on major opportunities and deployments • Introduce new products to DriveNets sales and support teams and customers • Deliver technical trainings and TOIs for support and sales engineers, partners, and customers • Collaborate on product definition through customer requirement gathering and roadmap planning

🎯 Requisitos

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or another Engineering field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of network engineering (system/solution) experience • 3+ years of solution architecture/sales engineering experience, or equivalent, working for a vendor, value-added reseller, or system integrator • Technical expertise in data center or high-end enterprise network design, including BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, QoS, and Multicast • Expertise with data center design, including networking, compute, and storage • Ability to write extensive technical content for external audiences, including white papers and technical briefs • Ability to multitask efficiently in a multifaceted environment • Ability to work with teams across geographical locations • Clear written and oral communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with executives and engineering teams • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time • Familiarity with AI-relevant data center infrastructure and networking technologies, including InfiniBand, RoCEv2, PFC, ECN, accelerated computing, GPUs, NICs, and DPUs • Understanding of AI/HPC networking infrastructure solutions and high-speed interconnect technologies • Familiarity with scale-up technologies such as NVLink and UALink • Familiarity with scale-out Ethernet and Enhanced Ethernet technologies, InfiniBand, backend storage connectivity, and data center operations fundamentals • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack • Familiarity with telemetry technologies such as gRPC, gNMI, and OTLP • Proven experience with one or more Tier-1 Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) or emerging NeoClouds • Experience with cloud-native architectures and software
