Descrição

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial. • Run hiring funnels end to end: sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying process failures. • Manage client delivery operations: planning, briefing, chasing, holding timelines, and ensuring work ships without stalling. • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked. • Make real decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes. • Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly. • Complete a paid six- to eight-week trial performing the real job on live work.

🎯 Requisitos

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job. • During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job. • If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days. • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us. • Strong written English. • Based in Argentina. • You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one. • You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. • Employer, dates, title and paid status are verified, evidenced by contract and payslips. • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.

• 1300 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked. • Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. • A one-month annual bonus. • 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays. • Paid sick leave. • A health allowance. • A coworking allowance. • Paid trial from day one: half rate for the first two weeks, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. • If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.
