A plataforma centraliza a gestão de negócios e CRM, relações com investidores e portais, captação de recursos e marketing, monitoramento e avaliação de portfólio, contabilidade e administração de fundos, gestão de pesquisa, automação de dados e relatórios ESG para otimizar os fluxos de trabalho de frente para back-office e análises para empresas de investimento institucional.

Descrição

• Process accounting transactions in an accurate and timely manner using transaction definitions while understanding their purpose and requirements • Maintain supporting documentation for transactions in accordance with established file naming and foldering conventions • Assist in reconciling account balances, including bank recs • Complete draft of quarterly financials formatting and supporting schedule reconciliations • Complete initial update of annual footnotes, understanding expected disclosures and related supporting schedules • Gather and post reports and documents in support of audit, helping coordinate overall timeline • Prepare support for information requests from clients and their investors (e.g., audit confirmations) • Distribute and review periodic reports, such as weekly reports and notices, following established protocol • Help with maintenance of investor contacts and wiring instructions • Help with publisher set up and maintenance • Help maintain Dynamo CRM/Portal • Provide support to assigned licensing clients • Begin to develop and maintain productive working relationships and contact with client personnel • Take ownership in providing a complete deliverable to senior team members for review

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in accounting • 5+ years of experience in private equity or partnership investment accounting, including 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role • Previous fund administration or private fund experience preferred • Understanding of the private equity and venture capital industry • CPA (strongly preferred) • Technical interest/ aptitude, including strong Excel skills
