Descrição

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements • Develop front-end components with a focus on user experience and performance • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions • Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively • Communicate and present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders • Conduct thorough testing of UI elements to ensure a seamless user experience • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness issues • Maintain design consistency and coherence across all digital products

🎯 Requisitos

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar • Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with user-centered design processes • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Basic understanding of back-end technologies and how they impact UI design • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects
