Descrição

• Edit short educational videos using raw footage, talking-head content, screen recordings, or multi-camera setups. • Review long-form content (YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts) to identify compelling moments. • Edit high-energy event recaps using professional footage, transitions, text overlays, and music. • Edit full podcast episodes and long-form YouTube videos. • Clean, level, and master audio tracks for podcast release (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.). • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet quick-turn deadlines.

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven video editing experience, specifically in: • Educational videos • Short-form social content • Event highlight reels • Interviews • Long-form podcast or YouTube content • Expert-level proficiency in at least two of the following editing software's: • Adobe Premiere Pro • Final Cut Pro • CapCut • Strong understanding of: • Social trends and viral content structure • Video codecs, formats, and aspect ratios • Color correction and basic motion graphics • Audio editing and mixing • Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Creative instincts and an eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
