Descrição

• Understand the end-to-end technical flow of the project. • Collaborate with the business and architects to understand, suggest, and follow best practices and implement solutions. • Influence technical solutions by sharing knowledge and brainstorming within the team. • Help the team move forward by applying technical problem-solving skills and assist in resolving production issues. • Assist in code reviews and enforce standard practices within the team. • Continuously learn and adapt to recent technologies and development practices. • Serve as the go-to person for trying innovative solutions or conducting proof-of-concepts. • Deliver complex pieces of project work.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training • 8+ years of experience in software development • Experience working in a full-stack environment - Java 17 and above, SQL, Angular or React AWS or any cloud technology • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and practices. • Strong knowledge of industry best practices for technical and architectural practices. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and technical influencing skills.
