Descrição

• Take ownership of client relationships immediately after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team. • Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle. • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service. • Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently. • Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience. • Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. • Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and marketing goals. • Define deliverables, creator requirements, timelines, KPIs, and execution strategies. • Translate client expectations into actionable campaign plans. • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting. • Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating multiple creators and campaign activations simultaneously. • Maintain consistent communication across clients, creators, sales, talent managers, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, approvals, and delivery schedules. • Ensure campaigns remain on schedule despite changing priorities and multiple moving pieces. • Collaborate with creators and internal creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets. • Review campaign content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment. • Track campaign spending and monitor budget utilization. • Prepare professional client presentations, campaign reports, and executive summaries.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. • Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting. • Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects. • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume campaign portfolios. • Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. • Comfortable coordinating projects across multiple international time zones.
