Descrição

• Cultivate and grow a network of clinical education and externship sites. • Serve as the primary liaison between PMI and healthcare employers in your region. • Negotiate and manage clinical affiliation agreements to ensure they meet program needs and compliance standards. • Develop a 'prevention plan' to mitigate placement loss due to unforeseen circumstances. • Collaborate with Program Directors and Deans to ensure students have access to quality clinical experiences. • Facilitate the use of the PMI alumni network to create new placement opportunities for current students. • Assist in developing training for faculty and students regarding clinical education best practices. • Act as the face of PMI at local off-campus events, including graduation ceremonies, job fairs, and workforce development initiatives. • Build new community partnerships within the healthcare industry to expand PMI’s regional footprint.

🎯 Requisitos

• Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Sciences, Education, or a related field. • At least one (1) year of direct experience building clinical education partnerships or externship sites. • Proven experience with contract negotiations and managing affiliation agreements. • Must reside within 45 miles of a Pima Medical Institute campus or corporate office (in Colorado or Texas).
