Descrição

• Independently own the full stack from front-end and service layers to backend, data, and reporting • Build and support enterprise-grade web applications using React, .NET Core, Python, APIs, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and SSRS • Develop Python services, data-processing routines, and automation across application and pipeline layers • Use DuckDB for analytical queries powering reporting, validation, and data-quality checks • Design and maintain structured and unstructured data pipelines feeding production workflows • Drive deployment automation, environment readiness, and performance optimization for zero-disruption releases • Own and optimize CI/CD across hybrid Azure, AWS, and on-premise ecosystems • Tune queries for performance, reliability, and reporting accuracy in high-volume environments • Translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures with data protection and compliance by design • Resolve high-priority production incidents, ensure zero-downtime operations, and prevent recurrence • Deliver healthcare solutions at scale with reliability, speed, and security • Own production performance metrics and implement observability across application layers, APIs, and data-ingestion points • Collaborate with product managers, QA, business analysts, data engineers, DevOps, client-service teams, and tech leads • Own multiple product modules and pipelines while balancing delivery, quality, and continuous improvement • Apply design patterns, architecture principles, and agile delivery • Engage client-side stakeholders and occasional executive teams to understand expectations and demo capabilities • Share knowledge and mentor teammates

🎯 Requisitos

• Hands on experience with .NET Core 8, C#, ASP.NET and/or Python (FastAPI / Flask) service development • Experience with React (Hooks, Context, Redux/RTK), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL, stored procedures, query and performance tuning • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, component libraries, and state management • Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, with client-side performance and accessibility • Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and API gateways • Knowledge of authentication/authorization using OAuth2 and JWT, service-to-service messaging, and caching • Python experience for backend services, data processing, and automation • Experience with DuckDB for fast in-process analytical queries over structured and columnar data • Experience with ORM technologies including Entity Framework, SQLAlchemy, or NHibernate; schema design and migrations • Experience with structured ETL/ELT pipelines and unstructured document/OCR/NLP ingestion • Experience with DuckDB and Python libraries including pandas, Polars, and Arrow for analytical workloads • Exposure to Databricks / Spark for large-scale processing • Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline • Version control using Git / Azure DevOps, automated testing, and release automation • Containerization with Docker; cloud deployment on AWS or Azure • Experience with SSRS / SSIS, Power BI, dashboarding, and reporting accuracy in high-volume environments • US Healthcare payer / Payment Integrity domain exposure preferred • Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience • US Healthcare certifications a plus
